Worst experience at the long beach office ! Staff is incredibly unprofessional. One of the reasons I stopped coming here was because a female dentist was very rough . After my most recent procedure (fillings) , half my face was numb for hours and i had continuous headaches for days . Nobody has an answer and nobody knows anything which is incredibly frustrating . This office lacks integrity & morale . The management did nothing to assist me in my problems and was extremely rude . It truly concerns me where they received their credentials because I've never had a terrible experience with a dental office until now . They deserve no stars to be quite frank. Also PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL and what they charge you for because they will hustle you if they can get away with it during your vulnerable time. There's a reason why they desperately send out reps to different job sites and free gas cards to lure in more patients . Do not recommend.

Great service. I went in for my routine cleaning. Dr Pham was my dentist. She was very informative. Brenda was my cleaning assistant. She was very nice and sweet. Was smart and well informed on current events. She kept me entertained and made time fly by while waiting for my cleaning.

I had a very good experience at Assure Dental. They made feel so welcomed and comfortable. Dr.Phan and the assistant were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for your dental work.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor seemed really concerned with my comfort during the procedure. That was important because I don’t like going to the dentist. They made it relaxing.
