Breathing Re-education: Unhealthy breathing habits can affect our daily performance and sleep quality. Our ultimate goal is to help you breathe with ease and comfort. Our specialized breathing retraining program is designed to improve your airway and help your body function optimally. Sleep Apnea Therapy: Snoring can ruin your bed partner's life and obstructive sleep apnea can seriously affect your health and shorten your life by 10 years. Current research supports that sleep apnea is underdiagnosied and the ADA (American Dental Association) recommends that ALL dentists screen their patients for signs and symptoms of sleep disordered breathing so patients can get the help they need before it is too late. With our customized breathing & sleep solutions you can finally get a good night’s rest, wake up refreshed, & live a vibrant life! TMJ Therapy: TMJ disorder is a common problem that is associated with headaches, ear discomfort, jaw clicking, jaw pain, facial pain, and neck tension. TMJ disorder can be caused by trauma, clenching, grinding, sleep apnea, misaligned teeth, missing teeth, incorrect tongue rest posture, incorrect swallowing habits, trauma, or osteoarthritis. Our TMJ experts at Aviara can help you address the source of the problem and help restore your function and health. Health-focused Orthodontics: Crooked teeth and jaw issues often compromise our smile and self confidence. From braces and Invisalign to palatal expanders and ALF appliance therapy, our incredible dentists and orthodontists look beyond just teeth and aim to guide the jaw growth for children & straighten adult teeth into a position that is optimally aligned with the jaw joints and the airway. From birth to 100, we are here to create beautiful healthy smiles! Airway-focused Oral & Jaw Surgery: Jaw underdevelopment is associated with sleep and breathing disorders. From wisdom teeth extraction to Maxillo Mandibular Advancement surgery, our exceptionally trained oral surgeon can help you find a solution that is best for you. Myofunctional Therapy: The tongue plays a crucial role in orofacial development, speech, swallowing, and ultimately our airway health. Our Myofunctional Therapist will create a customized plan to help train your tongue and other orofacial muscles to have optimal tone and function that promotes proper jaw development and a healthy airway. Lip Tie & Tongue Tie Release: Lip-tie or Tongue-tie (ankyloglossia) are common conditions present at birth that restricts the lip and tongue's range of motion. An unusually short, thick, or tight band of tissue (lingual frenulum) tethers the lips or the bottom of the tongue's tip to the floor of the mouth, which can interfere with breast-feeding, eating, speaking, and swallowing. Frenectomy is a surgery for removing restrictive frenum tissue, sometimes including the attachment to the underlying bone. CranioSacral Fascial Therapy: Our entire body is connected by fascia, a sophisticated tissue that maintains the integrity of our neuromuscular and skeletal system. Trauma or strain in our fascial system can trigger pain and tension in multiple areas of our body. Our specially trained body fascial release specialist can help you find relief and balance that you have been looking for. Don’t you dare plan anything for at least two hours after coming here, Dr.Ahn does not care about making it on time to her appointments. She also takes way too much time. Posting anonymously because I don’t want their business manager reaching out to me, he seems like a weird guy.

Aviara is a one-stop show which is very convenient. All the clinicians are very thorough and meticulous in their respective specialty and you can tell they have passion for what they do. I don't mind to long drive a bit knowing that I will not have to second guess the care and service I receive there.
