Sarah RDH is amazing. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I came in for a basic cleaning, after my assessment I needed a more in depth treatment. She was able to work with the front desk to accommodate the additional treatments during this visit. She did the right thing for my oral health by advocating for the correct treatments and saved me time and energy of having to come back.

Sarah does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She’s gentle and thorough with the cleaning of plaque and goes the extra mile in removing stains. She is very personable and friendly. As someone who has their teeth cleaned every four months, I actually look forward to my appointment with Sarah.

Great dental office. Sarah who does my cleanings is amazing and makes coming in something I look forward too! I’ve had to have a few cavity work and Dr. Tran made it seemless and painless as well. Can’t recommend enough!

It saddens me to write this review I have been a customer for 8 years. This is the second time that I’ve experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism. No empathy or compassion for humankind. Their BBB rating: C They Either don’t understand how to use their software or they are just extremely lazy. Not sure but they Attacked me! I had a deep cleaning done, and my insurance company refused to pay without more information, after hours on the phone with the insurance company. I gave my information to the insurance company , but yet my dentist office did not do the same.... :( I’ve gotten 3 letters in the mail, explaining that I had a past-due balance, but each time I called to get clarification they said that it was taken care of and we were good to go. I’m 34 years old and I have my teeth cleaned every 3 months and I see my orthodontist every 3 to 6 weeks, so you can imagine. I’m in the Dentist Office a lot almost every month Each visit I pay for anything that I’m responsible for before I leave and I always ask if I owe anything and they always give me the same answer. I’m all up-to-date! but unfortunately, I’ve been giving false information a handful of times they sent my $80 outstanding bill to the credit collection agency instead of calling me sending me a letter, or just plain telling me any of the visits!!!!!! They refused to do any of that. After speaking to the manger! She refused to send a letter to the creditors letting them know that they made the mistake, instead she just wanted to tell me why I'm wrong instead of listening to all the mistakes they made!! if you value your money and your time you will look for a company that values you the same way! wish love and kindness to everyone please take care of you!
