My daughter was nervous about getting braces. I was nervous for her and spent 6 months after finding out she needed braces researching, reading reviews and finally found Cool Smiles orthodontics. Rosie was amazing the moment I spoke to her on the phone she was kind and compassionate when I explained how not so excited my daughter was about getting braces. She was very understanding and sympathetic. When we came my daughter and I were welcomed with a warm smile instantly she felt at ease. Then we met Jasmine who worked with my daughter who was fabulous sweet fun energetic and very kind to my daughter. Dr Simjee was awesome great side manners also putting my daughter at ease. The place was very nice, clean and welcoming! Highly recommend Dr. Simjee and his staff are the best!

I went for a Ortho evaluation for me and my two boys. Rosie, The Dentist and the whole staff were amazing! They were so honest and full of integrity. They took lots of pictures, x rays and did a full evaluation, they didn’t n just take a 1 min look to quote you, they really took their time. They recommended for my boys to go back for a free evaluation in another 6 months which tells you that they were not there to push a sale and that they truly care about their patients. The pricing for Invisalign was reasonable, cheaper than other places and they have a program of zero % interest for 24 months. I wanted to take my time to look over the cost and financing etc… and they were so understanding and not pushy at all. I even told my husband of their great customer service and he is going to be visiting them soon.

The staff is very friendly and the doctor is very experienced so they help make your braces/Invisalign experience be filled with ease. Overall, highly recommend them for your teeth straightening journey.

I have had both of my children have their teeth straightened by Cool Smiles. They are very conveniently located between their high school and home so they can stop by and get adjustments after school. Everyone at this practice is very friendly and nice to work with. They have always been able to change around appointments whenever I have called to reschedule after the first few longer appointments. My children's teeth look great and I would recommend anyone to check them out as I did. They were my first choice out of 3 others that I investigated.
