Just called here. Looks like they only take appointments. What's the point on being open on a Sunday if you can't help someone get out of pain who is in an emegency? Then the person laughed when I asked about walk-ins. If thier front desk is this bad, I can only imagine how bad the Dentists are.

I have to say to say Dr. Loc Nguyen is one of the best dentist I've been to ever... I was seen shortly after signing in, I don't think it was even 5 minutes and pretty much right at my schedule time. During my cleaning, he explained everything in detailed and showed me my x-rays and photos of my teeth. After the cleaning, I didn't feel like someone punched me in the mouth. My gums were not hurting. I had to return on another day for some cavities. I did not feel the anesthesia shot and I was not in pain after the filling. I was able to drink normally after the procedure unlike in the past where I need a straw and had to be careful not to dribble liquids out of my mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Loc Nguyen for all of your dental needs.

The staff here is very professional and courteous: I called to make appointment the day before for teeth cleaning. As new patient, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and forms. I was promptly brought in for xray and cleaning procedure started right after. The doctor did a great job with cleaning, very detailed and thorough, and constantly checking on me to make sure that there is no discomfort or pain. When the cleaning was finished, he provided an overall assessment of my dental health, plus give me suggestions about how to maintain/care for my teeth as well as recommendations for follow-ups. I had such a great experience and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental care. I have also notice a flat screen tv in front of patient chair playing PBS cartoon shows, so it is definitely kid friendly environment.

The doctor is very thorough. The staff friendly and dedicated. My wife, toddler son, and I come for all our basic dental needs.
