Got a crown replacement. They are fast and efficient when working, but may take some waiting time once they start. Good bedside manner and prices are what you would expect from most dental offices.

Walked in terrified of dentists, walked out the complete opposite. These ladies were absolutely fabulous with me. I had a dead tooth which needed to be removed and the reason for my visit, the initial numbing injection was unpleasant, but that is completely normal. What isn’t normal is having a tooth removed and not even realising! The dentist was so amazing! I felt no pressure or discomfort. I didn’t even hear any cracking, they talked me through it all the way, reassured me and helped me get over my silly fear all while removing my tooth. As I’m from the UK, I’d planned to have my other dental issues resolved there but after my visit today, I’ll definitely be coming back for the rest of my dental needs. Thank you so much, team. You’ve done more than you know! :edited - woke up the next day with zero pain, swelling or throbbing. I’m so impressed!

The staff(jennifer & daisy,) was very friendly and helpful and the dentist (Dr. Simonn)was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.. I love this place! They’re fast, gentle and respectful. They always laugh at my jokes, which is important as well.

I’d like to thank Dr. Quan and Jennifer the back office assistant for really taking care of me as I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. The Dr. helped guide me through what would be happening with my procedure and what I would be experiencing and was very gentle in the way he did my procedure. He cracked a lot of jokes which helped ease my nerves. Jenn and I had a few conversations about how her wisdom teeth removal went and was very thorough about what my recovery should look like. Both of them were more than willing to answer any questions I had and they made me feel so much more comfortable in this experience. This is 100% my new dentist

Please save the trouble of going to other dentist's and make this your dental office. first, the staff are great! Melissa and Jennifer always take the time to listen and try to do whatever is needed to accommodate my needs. I have had two root canals in the past at other dental offices and always had to make an appointment sometimes two weeks in advance before I was able to get a root canal once it was diagnosed that I needed one. When I went to Gold Coast Dental, I was in some pain and the dentist said I needed a root canal. I expected to have to live with the slight pain and make an appointment but to my surprise the dentist said lets do the root canal right then and take care of the pain. I have never been to a dental office where the dentist completed my root canal same day that I needed one especially when it was unplanned. It was the most pain-free experience I have had at a dental office. The dentist was very friendly, knowledgeable, ultra professional, and more importantly new exactly what he was doing. I have recommended this office to many of my coworkers and they have been extremely happy with the results as well. Dr Simon and Gold Coast Staff are exceptional. They will not disappoint. Keep Rocken and doing your thing in 2024 Gold Coast. Thanks Again!!
