I have had six appointments at OC Dental so far and I can say I am satisfied by their services. Dr Rajabi is highly skilled with a strong academic background and training. I found him to be a thorough professional, gentle and courteous. Dr Haider has impressive credentials, is competent and pleasant. The dental assistant Helen is experienced and friendly. The staff is pretty efficient in scheduling appointments, getting authorizations and sending reminders. If they smile more it would make the visit to the dentist a bit less stressful! Overall a good experience thus far.

I went to this office a few years ago because the dentist was in my network. I was not really happy with the service. I was told I needed a root canal and crown because I mentioned pain in a tooth. Although I had insurance they told me nothing was covered in my plan and I needed to pay for services in cash. I been here twice to replace my crown because two dentist said the crown was not aligned properly at the base of my gums. There was a slight gap towards the back of the crown. Though my crown was restored twice the xrays showed there was still a gap. Since I went here twice and they did not do their job I decided not to continue getting their services. I been having a hard time finding a good dentist since I moved here a few years ago. Many of the dentist I encountered have not been gentle, or clear about explaining coverage, and unreasonable in service fees.

I am completely amazed at the negative reviews on this site. Dr Rajabi has been my dentist now for quite some time, and I like to get my dental care from him personally. When there have been serious problems with my teeth where implants or special root canals were needed, he refers to the best specialists I've seen in many years of extensive, complicated dental care. My daughter had a huge problem because of trying to go to a "humane" dentist who wouldn't do X-rays, and Dr Rajabi immediately sent her to a root canal specialist who saved her tooth. She is now traveling from Los Angeles to Dr Rajabi when she needs a dentist.

Excellent experiences with Dr Rajabi! I have had many dental works done at O.C dental office with dr Rajabi including use of invisalign and crown etc…He did a great job at each time. He is very gentle and i never felt any pain or discomfort while working on my teeth and the result was excellent. Thank you Dr Rajabi ,i much more like my smiles now too! I recommend you to all my friends and family.

Currently going through a dentist plan. These people discuss my private information with customers present. That's a two hundred fifty thousand dollar lawsuit to broadcast my private information. These people don't seem to actually care about their clients. They just care if you pay them on time which is understanding but if people have their own private issues they shouldn't discuss it in front of any other patient besides the one being spoken with. I had my family attend this dentistry and even then they were so rude to my family that my family didn't want to come back. When I called to let them know about their attitudes the office manager responded very rudely and did not care what my family had said or how they felt. I think they should think again about how they are practicing dentistry.
