Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Do not come here this place is a joke from the office to the dentists.Unfortunately for me it’s too late.Came here randomly just for regular cleaning.They don’t care about you as a patient or human being, they just want your money. My biggest mistake was coming here and trusting them.If you hear this name Veronica Pintor run away…she will upsell deep cleaning instead of regular cleaning. By the way your service sucks, I paid 296 dollars for maintenance cleaning done in 20 minutes. Do not trust Dr Iyad Sood periodontist team, whoever it is, had a periodontal surgery to save my tooth and my life became a nightmare, I returned a month later for post-operative visit with a huge but huge gap between my front teeth, I was informed that it was healing very well and the gum would ‘return to normal’’.That's when I realized OMG now I’m in trouble. I don’t know how they managed to ruin my teeth so much.I have exposed ROOTS in my front teeth, several bone loss, huge gap, when I speak I spit, even the sound when I speak is not the same, now I need a speech therapist, all my FOUR front teeth are loose,I don’t even think I have enough bone for implants.It’s clearly wrong. Got depressed for months…. Waste of time, waste of money and worst health loss. It’s unbelievable what you did to me.Had a such beautiful smile before.How I REGRET having gone to this clinic, and never having had this periodontal surgery. I wish to skip this day in my life.

Julie Nguyen has been my hygienist for 4 years and she is my favorite hygienist ever! She always does a great job, first of all, but second she has a great touch. Very gentle and thorough and responsive to my needs. I have had numerous procedures from her, from a regular cleaning to a deep cleaning to laser treatment. My gums are very sensitive and she always makes sure to be careful and considerate. She's also a very pleasant person and always remembers me. I really appreciate the personal touch. I highly recommend this dental group and Julie in particular! Very professional and skilled! Dr. Michael Nguyen also does a great job and that is why I keep coming back to this same dental practice. For about 10 years before I found them, I kept switching dentists every few years but this dental practice and these particular people have checked all the boxes for skill, quality, and bedside manner, plus I find them to have great integrity in their recommendations.

As much as one can “enjoy” going to the dentist, I must say my experience at Pacific Harbor Dental has been pleasant. I have received cleaning services, general inspections, and a night guard fitment to prevent grinding. Dr. Pintor has always been polite and friendly, and I have received excellent care from her.
