I can't say enough good things about Pacifica Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The dental care I received was top-notch, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. The clinic's cleanliness and modern equipment were impressive. Nice staff, that’s the best part. Dr. Is incompetent, and also in it to hustle money from you. Talked me into invisiline, shaved two of my teeth way down to bond, then when he took off the invisiline knobs my bonding chipped off the same week due to the grinding. He then had the audacity to want to charge me 4,000 to put crowns on the 2 teeth because they were too small to bond. I went to a new Dr and he said he never trims teeth down and keeps as much tooth as possible and did a new bond no problem. Also, when installing invisiline they shaved some teeth down crooked, and they also forgot to re order new trays several times making the process take a year longer. They also would only give me 2-3 trays at a time and make me waste my time coming in for no reason, like it takes a brain surgeon to tell if the trays fit or not. I think they were getting insurance money for every doctor visit, and pulling that scam. They also tried to talk my wife into a needless bridge on her first visit there. She was smart and changed offices quickly. Go somewhere else! I think it’s time for Dr to retire!

Find another place. Nice staff but I read grifters from the jump. Offered a bridge or implant straight out of the gait for a tooth that one day latter ended up being treated with a redo of a root canal. He did have an opinion on my venners and what he would have done different: which I did not ask for. The Drs confidence, I wouldnt let him fix anything in my mouth or my dog and I dont even have a dog. He claimed to be able to do a bridge but had a specialist who comes once a month(18th of July, i.e I'm having pain on the 2nd) to do that procedure and I was told he had better equipment. You want to talk about venners but you cant perform a bridge. 🙁I wonder how many times they run this game on people to up charge them. I was then told the bridge would cost 6000 ..I swear..fyi I have insurance. GTFOH. I laughed at the clerk and said I wish I would pay u 6000 for a bridge. She some how recalculated it to 2880. I asked for my xrays and left. Sent then to my Dentist in Phx and went else where and had a redo for 1/3rd of the cost. And was told if the redo happened to fail the money goes toward the bridge. But 3 other dentist saw no fracture. Porcelin Crown was made in office😁.its sad to see why people opt out of dental services until something is wrong. In fear of being hustled or paying for something they dont need. I'm going to report thus establishment because as the days go on I realize what happened. And just because someone lives in a certain area (Huntington beach) and works in a certain field you dont shake people down. I wonder how they sleep and night. #Karma

I will never recommend this dental practice. Their business practices are shameful. My insurance covers only one type of post, but this office pressures or scares you into buying the more expensive post. A dentist would not listen to me when I told him I was feeling extreme pain during a procedure, causing me to flinch with pain! Then he laughed at me after the procedure was ended. A hygenist stabbed me gum with her dam pick! Not ever going back!!!

This dentist is a crook. I have an HMO plan. Refused to ectract my tooth if i didn't pay him an extra $500 for a stupid treatment. Crooked dentist always ask what you do for a living so they can charge you more. I forgot to tell him i am unemployed.
