My orthodontic experience at Dr. Wynn’s office has been fabulous. Linda and Heidi at the front desk are wonderful and the entire staff working with patients are kind and talented at what they do. Dr. Wynn is so skillful and does beautiful work with a smile on his face. The office doesn’t feel corporate, quite the opposite, as though you are going to visit friends. Amazing orthodontic work and a joyful environment!

Dr. Wynn was the reason I won Best Smile in high school, and the amazing thing was that 15 years later when I broke my retainer (and hadn't worn it in a few years...), it was no problem getting help and having everything set as good as new. Thanks, Dr. Wynn!

Dr Steven Wynn was the best! I had my braces done when I was pregnant over 25 years ago! He was so understanding and caring. He had the best support staff/nurses. I was so happy to see him still there and doing what he does best! Thank you Dr Wynn! Hope you are doing well!

We send our kids to Steve Wynn. It was WAY more affordable than I thought it would be. He has set pricing for all the kids and its a flat fee. Very transparent fee structures. He's also super passionate about orthodontics. He was fascinated with my kid's genetics and how his teeth became this way and he was totally up-to-date on the latest studies and research and methodologies to straighten out teeth. I couldn't have been more impressed. Finally, he's passionate about kids. He was giving my kid a checkup and was chit chatting with him and through polite conversation he found out my son was about to get his Eagle Scout award, and we casually invited him but I didn't think he would go. HE TOTALLY SHOWED UP TO MY KID's EAGLE COURT OF HONOR TO SUPPORT MY BOY!!! He was super sincere about it and he is so friendly. He sat in the back row and came and gave my son a firm handshake and sincerely congratulated him. My son is autistic so he didn't have too many adults like that coming specifically for his court of honor and it means the world to me that his orthodontist would attend. I put the fact that his fee structure is totally reasonable and transparent at the beginning because if I read the rest of the review then I would think this guy would charge an arm and a leg (I feel like there is a tooth pun here I'm missing). But no, Steve is the real deal. This is how you build a great local business, be passionate about your trade, passionate about your clients, charge an honest rate, and then if you can go the extra mile then that's all the better. This guy shouldn't just be an orthodontist, he should be the president of the united states.

The BEST orthodontist Orange County has to offer. Dr. Wynn is affable and exceptional. He takes the time to treat the malocclusion the right way. Other doctors wanted to break my jaw but he did not.
