Dr. Rose is seriously an INCREDIBLE person, a master orthodontist with years of experience and a Mayo Clinic residency, and is just a pleasure to work and chat with. I was referred to him by my Orthognathic surgeon to decompensate my teeth and fix my bite after being treated with compensatory (or camouflage) orthodontics as a teenager. Dr. Rose does not cut corners, as you'd expect from someone who's a master at his craft. His treatment plans are very detailed and ensure that you, the patient, end up with the bite you were always meant to have but didn't due to your genetics. He'll work with you and other expert healthcare providers if need be to ensure that your bite is stable and aesthetic while ensuring the function of your jaws is as good as is its form. This is something only 5-10% of orthodontists actually do, and this cannot be underscored enough. If you get subpar orthodontic work (where they pull out teeth just so they can give you a perfect arch with no regard to your bite) it not only compromises your bite but can lead to TMJ, obstructive sleep apnea, and many other issues down the line. He is also VERY fast. I was quoted 18-24 months treatment time by another top notch orthodontist however Dr. Rose will be getting my treatment done in half the time -- 12 months! If you happen upon Dr. Rose, you must've done something good in another life as he is truly the best orthodontist I've ever worked with. P.S. his staff is just as wonderful. Sandi is such a sweetheart and is fabulous at what she does, it's great seeing her when coming into the office.

Dr. Rose is absolutely the best orthodontist around! His staff was always so kind and professional; they always helped schedule my appointments around my busy schedule. All of my family have gone to Dr. Rose for the perfect smile and we are all SO happy with our teeth!! Dr. Rose really knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure your results are perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Rose; you will love your smile!

My three sons have been patients of Dr. Rose for over 17 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of care, kind manner and helpfulness from Dr. Rose and the entire staff. Every time I look at the beautiful smiles he helped create I am thankful for Dr. Rose! My youngest son had an appointment this morning to check his retainers. As usual, Dr. Rose took excellent care of him. I tell everyone I know to go to Rose Orthodontics for a beautiful smile!

Dr. Rose completely transformed our son from looking like a hillbilly to a handsome boy. Everything about our experience was first class, from initial consultation to scheduling; explanation of therapy; gentle, professional, highly skilled clinical performance; updates on progress; time estimation of therapy; billing our insurance companies; cleanliness of the facility and strict adherence to clean technique; courteous and gentle support staff and excellent honoring of scheduled times of appointments. Our experience was so wonderful that I elected to have Dr. Rose and his team treat me as an adult patient. I am almost done with my course of treatment, and I am having the same outstanding experience that my son did. Take my honest to goodness word on this: I am a very particular, highly accountable health care professional, and I am experienced at recognizing excellence in health care. My opinion is that the disparaging reviews on Google are absolutely inaccurate and untrue. If you have a consultation with Dr. Rose, you will immediately see that the statements of unfriendliness and uncleanliness are completely false, and you will recognize the kind, honest and confident demeanor of a very educated, highly skilled, experienced, expert provider. Dr. Rose is considered by many dentists to be the preeminent orthodontist in Orange County. Do yourself a favor, and schedule a consultation and see what is true with your own eyes.

I have been a patient at the office of Dr. Rose for about 2.5 years after being referred over by my dentist. I had asked him who he recommended for Invisalign/ortho treatment and he said Dr. Rose without hesitation. I have been very happy with my treatment and have found Dr. Rose and the staff to be extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The office was always very clean and it is conveniently located off Brookhurst by the 405. I find it hard to believe what some of the previous reviews stated... They have even followed up on my treatment after moving out of state! I would certainly recommend a consultation or even a phone call if you are on the fence about giving Dr. Rose and his team a chance!
