This place is very patient with children. Staff at front desk could look a little cheerful but other than that they were quick to my child's needs and that's all that matters to me. Thank you

It’s a bad dentist I highly recommend not taking your kids here because back in 2017, the dentist doctors torched my teeth, they made me traumatized. Worst dentist place

PLEASE don't take your kid there if you don't want your child to be traumatized!!! They don't care if your kid is breathing well. We had gone to his appt, which I had made it at a time that they could let me be "inside" with him. Once in the room they immediately said oh no you go into the other room where there is a curtain blocking you from seeing him. I had asked if I could be with him just on a corner to making feel that I was there and they right away cut me off so coldly almost escalating saying "if you have an issue maybe you should speak with the manager" I felt so hostile by them. I felt intimidated and confused by their attitude. Then the dentist came not even looking a me not even saying a hello, and started to proceed. My kid was scared and uncomfortable because I had been prepping him days before and made sure he felt comforted with the fact that I would be let go with him inside but once they said I couldn't he felt scared, But I tried to comfort him with words coming from the other room where I was. They started putting him the nose air tool and the dentist started to open his mouth but at this point he was stressed, the dentist was belittling him with very diminishing comments like" you are so old to be crying, I have other smaller kids and they don't do this" "what are you scared of" and kept repeating to him "I am not hurting you" once he tried to mumble with some words. He was trying to say something and she just kept repeating "I am not hurting you" and I raised my voice and asked from the other room, can you please listen to him? Once I spoke then one of the assistants took out a mouth part and he started reapeating grasping his breath, "I CAN'T BREATHE" I was really disappointing and confused at this point and of course my kid was crying to this point where he had said that the nose air tool was blocking his nose. They didn't care for his concern. At this point the dentist just stepped out and said now he has to be strapped down with the blanket because he is not cooperating" . He was not moving his body at all, I told him and prepped him at home to always put his hands behind and be still which he had done. The dentist had left the room without talking to me and the assistant said that she had other appointments. At this moment I said this is not right and I told the assistant that I would be cancelling his appt there. Please don't even take your kids here. I can't even imagine when the child has to be left all alone walking inside by themselves!!!!

Very unprofessional place, they are rude to clients and unsettling environment. I do not think it’s appropriate to be insulting someone’s teeth and “giving up” on doing their job. Not only that but your gums will hurt after appointments, they tend to be a little harsh when dealing with your teeth. If friendliness is an important factor for you and your kids, be cautious of this place.
