If I can put a zero I would. I asked multiple times if there was any issues with my insurance over a week before my appointment. The dentist office called me less than an hour before the appointment to let me know the insurance is not coming up. This has happened before and when I go to a normal doctor, they have no problems. I will never come here again.

I've been going here for about a year. It's best to avoid this place altogether. They tend to inflate prices for procedures and pressure you into unnecessary treatments to squeeze more money out of you. The dentists and receptionists are untrustworthy and willfully deceive patients without thinking twice. During my visit, the dentist, (the female with an accent) really thought I was stupid because she pretended to numb me for a procedure, demonstrating a troubling lack of integrity. Overall, my experience with them was unsettling and left me questioning their ethics. That, and the exorbitant costs drove me to seek dental care elsewhere, and I'm glad I did. I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.

super nice people but a first time routine appointment, you will be here for AT LEAST 2 hours so plan accordingly! i also saw that they are low on staff (note posted on their wall) and only have a specialist available once a month (overheard conversation) which explains why going here is an all day event. the woman that does the payment stuff was super nice and helpful!

I can’t even begin to summarize my disappointment with this office. I came in for a check up and to schedule my root canal. They did X-rays, looked at the tooth, and scheduled an appointment for a month out. I was texted multiple times to confirm, which I did. Showed up for my appointment and waited 35min for the receptionist to call me up and tell me the root canal cannot be performed and would need to see a specialist. They didn’t look at my tooth again or perform new X-rays, strictly going off the information they already had. Just disorganized enough to waste my time without so much as an apology. If you have a choice in dental care, I recommend you choose differently.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The manager, Marta, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was given a wrong estimate and told that my deep cleaning would be covered by my insurance. However, after several months, I received a large bill stating that the procedure was not covered. I contacted my insurance and discovered that the office had processed the claim with the wrong code. Despite being informed by the insurance company to resubmit the claim, Marta never did. I tried calling the office numerous times and left several voicemails, but Marta was never available and I never received a call back. The lack of communication and professionalism from Marta and the office staff was extremely frustrating. Even the corporate office was of no help. I strongly advise others to avoid this office. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMER.
